Is there a limit to the amount of email addresses I can use?




In the way the system operates, you are not limited by the amount of subscribers you can import to the system. A monthly email credit amount is allocated to your account (depending on the email package you have selected) which is the only restriction on the amount of emails you can send. This amount can also be ‘topped-up’ should you require additional credits for a particular month. The size of your contact list should not be the most important thing to consider, it should be the quality of the information within that list. Most people would prefer to have a small contact list that yields higher open and click-through rates per campaign than a large list that produces poor results. It is also important to manage your list from time to time by reconfirming subscriptions and removing contacts the never open campaigns.
